We support individuals who live in their own accommodation with varying needs. We can also help them find accommodation by working with our housing partners to source a property that meets their needs or they can stay in one of our established properties.
Our aim is to provide stability between long-term support solutions in order to help our service users plan for the future in a structured way. We will support them with the skills they may need to help when they are ready to move on to live a more independent lifestyle.
We can help service users connect with other people who also want to live independently but aren’t yet ready to live alone. They'll have their own space but benefit from socialising with other like-minded people, sharing communal spaces and costs of household bills.
This can cater for the best of both worlds. A modern apartment with some shared communal space so our service users can choose when and if they want to socialise. We work with our housing partners to develop this popular type of accommodation.
